The only difference I can find between Scott Walker and Rahm Emanuel is their position on gay marriage, which, unfortunately, seems like all it takes to with the gay vote in Chicago. Anyway, Walker's been raising a boatload of money because the campaign contribution laws don't kick in until after the election is "officially triggered."
