Disturbing developments in New York City. Mayor Mike Bloomberg just said he's going to use the police to effectively end "Occupy Wall Street" Friday morning.
In a transparent ploy, new rules were passed out this morning prohibiting tarps, sleeping bags and "lying down"—even as temperatures plummet.
