Lautenberg to push for teacher funding bill today at Paramus appearance

Sen. Frank Launtenberg is scheduled to appear at Paramus High School to push for passage of the teacher funding bill in the House of Representatives.
The $26 billion bill was passed by the Senate Thursday, and is designed to prevent layoffs of teachers and provide aid to schools. It passed by a vote of 61 to 39.
