According the local paper in Albany, New York, the teacher of the students has been put on administrative leave and the investigation continues.
If the Test Security Unit decide that cheating took place, the teacher could be charged with a misdemeanor. Let me repeat that: a misdemeanor.
I want to know more. The state should be talking.
My friend, Michael Lambert makes good point: “Parents should send in letters refusing permission for their kids to be interviewed by these people. They got what they needed from district personnel and have no reason to go anywhere near the kids.”
