Texas Failure: Gifted Education
While billions of dollars are spent on low performing and bilingual students in Texas, our top students and gifted students are being thrown to the curb. Schools brag about being recognized or exemplary because they raise low kids to the minimum standards while our top kids sit bored in class and remain stagnant. How exemplary is that?
