Tell Bloomberg, “No cuts!”

The mayor announced his proposed budget on Friday. It is a horror show. It would lead to the elimination of over 6,000 teaching positions, while leaving the central and mid-level bureaucracy intact and continuing to increase spending on private consultants and contracts.
