SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- The California Teachers Association launched a new television ad Tuesday, warning that thousands of California teachers and other school employees will lose their jobs this year.By state law, districts have to issue pink slips, or notices of layoff, by March 15. Many years those notices are rescinded by May as revenues improve. This year, Gov.
