A crowd that some estimated to be as large as 100,000 people rallied and marched at the Wisconsin State Capitol for the fifth day Saturday, February 19, 2011. They are protesting Governor Walker's "budget repair bill" that strips collective bargaining rights for educators and most other public employees.
