MADISON, Wis. -- Democratic state senators have walked out of the state Capitol on Thursday as protests are expected to begin again, according to state Sen. Tim Cullen.
They are not expected to be there when the Senate goes in to session at 11 p.m.
Meanwhile, labor supporters are expected to return to the state Capitol for a third day of widespread protests against a proposal that legislators are considering to end most collective bargaining for the majority of state employees.
