Hickenlooper taps Garcia for running mate
Democratic gubernatorial candidate John Hickenlooper will name President Joe Garcia of Colorado State University-Pueblo as his candidate for lieutenant governor, 9News reported this morning.
Hickenlooper had a news conference scheduled for 11:15 a.m.
