City folks just seem to fall for the shine,
A golden comb-over, a confident line.
Late-night tweets, he’s stirrin’ up a storm,
With brash loud swagger in his tailored uniform.
At the podium, he’s sellin’ dreams so grand,
Towers of gold, gonna make the land expand.
But every promise comes with a twist,
You check the facts, and they just don’t exist.
