I saw an SED memo last week stating that the field tests were mandatory. This is the first time I have ever seen anything like this from SED. As a former superintendent I always refused to administer field tests and got away with it (albeit with much SED resistance). Call me a social justice unionist, but I believe we should be using the powers of our unions to expose the corporate thieves.
