The Quiet Revolution


The reason the revolution is quiet is because, at least in the district Duncan actually ran, it was based on ahouse of cards. There's just something about the post of Secretary of Education that attracts snake oil. I think it's fine to have controversial programs and policies, but it's another thing to just let the narrative roll along like it's true.
