CPS Chief Has No Answers
Raise Your Hand has a press conference today at CPS headquarters, and Wendy Katten managed to catch CPS Chief Administrator Tim Cawley in an impromptu question/non-answer session. It's really quite remarkable--- first he admits that he's really not the man to talk to, and then it becomes clear that nobody really knows who the man to talk to is.
