Why won’t IEA President Cinda Klickna support rank and file efforts to defend our pension?

Pension blogger and activist Glen Brown created an online petition calling for a revenue solution to the pension issue. Thousands have signed, including Dan Montgomery of the Illinois Federation and other members of the We Are One Coalition. But not only has IEA President Cinda Klickna not signed it, she responded to Glen’s request to have it linked to our IEA website (I believe it the member’s website – not Cinda’s or Communications Director McBarron’s) with a clear and resounding “no.”
