Senate GOP Caucus Insists Schools Don’t Need Money

Members of the Senate Republican Caucus today distributed a “briefing report” on schools that argues that public education’s woes have nothing to do with a shortage of funds. In fact, the GOP report calls for removing “bad teachers” and narrowing the scope of collective bargaining as antidotes to educational problems.
