Jeffco school board censures member for her behavior 2712/18/2010School board member Laura Boggs, under fire for her actions in Jefferson County classrooms and private meetings, was censured Thursday night after she threatened to compromise the district's Teacher Incentive Fund grant.
The Jefferson County Board of Education voted last night to publicly censure board member Laura Boggs on a 4-0 vote. Ms. Boggs was not entitled to vote and sat stoically during the session. The reason cited by board member Robin Johnson was unethical behavior.
