New superintendent hired to Galt district:
"An associate superintendent from Modesto has been named Galt Joint Union High School District's new superintendent after an extensive search by an outside firm.
The decision to hire Daisy Lee was made during closed session late last week and became public this week when district staff was informed, according to board president Terry Parker-Owning.
The district did not issue an official press release."
