Anyone that knows anything about high stakes standardized tests knows that performance on these tests is

I received an invitation from the Wisconsin Association of Independent Colleges and Universities to review the Achievement Level Descriptors and College Content-Readiness on the Smarter Balanced Assessment Consortium’s web site. I went to the site and before I even had the chance to start my review I read:
