The purpose of this meeting is to convene the invited members of the Parent Empowerment workgroup as well as interested members of the public to discuss the proposed permanent Parent Empowerment Regulations that were released for a 15-day public comment period that began December 23, 2010 and ended January 6, 2011. A copy of these regulations may be obtained on the 15-Day Notice Regulations (DOC; 94KB; 18pp.)

Public Discussion: This agenda item is included to allow members of the public the opportunity to ask questions or express concerns specific to the proposed regulations. There will be a two-minute time limit per person and a one hour time limit for this agenda item.

Public Discussion: This is an opportunity for any members of the public to discuss the proceedings of the day. There will be a two-minute time limit per person and a 30 minute time limit for this agenda item.
