   Obama Budget Delivers for Kids President Obama recently released his 2014 budget proposal. Our analysis shows that, like his prior budgets, it invests in America’s children. The President’s proposal would reverse cuts to education and other critical “discretionary” budget initiatives, protect children’s health and nutrition, permanently extend anti-poverty improvements to family tax credits, and launch a new initiative to make quality pre-K affordable for every child.
