Momentum Builds for MA Third Grade Reading Bill

As I reported last week, we are thrilled that the Massachusetts House of Representatives unanimously approved An Act Relative to Third Grade Reading Proficiency  and urge the state Senate to follow suit before the current legislative session ends on July 31.
