Title I goes by more than 1 name. On your Fiscal16 SACS report (you got Monday) find RESOURCE 3010. You will see that goes by the name:

IASA1Low.

That is your Title I money. It is the single largest "categorical" pot of money your site - and the district - get. All of your 3010 must be detailed in your SPSA.

The amount showing in your site budget right not all that your site will get for the year. Updated Title I fiscal data will be posted to your site budget in the next few months. Next January the district will submit ConApp II to the CDE. The amount showing on that document MUST match the amount showing on your SPSA -- and it should match the amount showing up on the Fiscal16. Right now, your 2011/12 plan should show a "planning" amount. Your Fiscal16 will not match your planning amount. The planning amount may or may not be different from the final, official site allocation firmed up by the time the ConApp is submitted in January.

Another pot of Title I money is 3011. On your Fiscal16 this is NCLB-ARRA T.1. 3011 should also be in your site plan. There are other Title I pots with a variety of names.

SACS Scholars (and SSCs) need to be able to recognize Title I by the Resource number. If you memorize this resource code and the 2 EIA resource codes (7090 & 7091) your job as "monitor" will be a lot easier. On the Fiscal16 you can see the name of the pot of money. On your other reports you see only see the codes.

Escape says 3010 is IASA1Low. It is your Title I. It is your NCLB. It is your main pot of money to be considered by the SSC.(This is why pots of money should always be discussed by resource code and not by name.)
