'They have me walking around the hallway,' kindergartner Hector Ramsammy told his mom of his ordeal at school.

A Queens kindergartner was stuck walking the halls after his school's attempts to prevent overcrowding left him without a classroom, his mom said.

Hector Ramsammy's mom fought the Public School 95 principal for two weeks to get her son a seat in his zoned school, where his sister and two brothers go.

After a vicious battle - during which staffers called the Administration for Children's Services on Hector's mom for abandoning him at the school - officials agreed to enroll Hector.

Then they left him to sit alone with a teacher all day and walk the halls with the staffer during lunch.
