A "Bad Feeling" Among Some At Cicero West

Some of you may recall a discussion about Lawrence Elementary and its principal Jewel McLinton from a few years back (What's Going On At Lawrence Elementary?). Well apparently she's turned up at Cicero West and is already worrying some of the teachers there:

"She has reprimanded several teacher for doing things like talking to kids in the hallway. She has written up several of us and made cry a couple of teachers. She visited classrooms for less than a minute and she already had very strong opinions about teachers practices and a very negative attitude...I have a very, very bad feeling about her. God help us all!"

What do do about a controversial principal who's arrived at your school? What happened to McClinton in the time between then (2007) and now? Is she objectively that bad or is this just a personality thing that's gotten out of control?
