A state investigation into fundraising practices at California State University, Stanislaus found no violations of law or misuse of funds at its charitable foundation.
Attorney General Jerry Brown said Friday that the CSU Stanislaus Foundation exercised inadequate oversight of its $20 million in assets and has agreed to improve oversight of its fundraising operations.
