Mandated reporter training funded by the Office of Child Abuse Prevention. Training modules offered by the Chadwick Center for Children at Rady Children’s Hospital in San Diego. The training defines the various requirements of the California Child Abuse & Neglect Reporting Act and also offers specialized training for various occupational groups, including educators.

February 14, 2013 letter to County and District Superintendents and Charter School Administrators regarding California Penal Code requirements concerning the mandatory reporting of child abuse and neglect.
Reporting Form for LEAs Who Have Not Provided Mandatory Reporting Training (DOC)
California Penal Code Section 11165.7(d) requires that school districts that do not train their employees in the duties of mandated reporters shall report to the State Department of Education the reasons why this training was not provided.
