Chicago Parents & Students Fightback Against Massive School Closing Efforts by the Privateers

This meeting was held in Chicago on February 6th at 7:00. It was one of a series of community meeting taking place in our fair city about this year's round of school closings. About 1,000 people showed up to voice their opinions and to hear others.
The space the Chicago Board of Education rented was too small for the community. People were forced to wait outside the main room. They never got in. This piece is approximately 8 mins. of the two hour meeting. Although the meeting agenda originally included a break out session, it quickly turned into a listening meeting.
