AN OPEN LETTER TO THE LAUSD BOARD REGARDING REED vs. LAUSD

Before giving Superintendent John Deasy authorization to ask the California Supreme Court to reverse the recent appellate decision overturning the Reed vs LAUSD decision, I think the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) Board of Directors should consider the following regrettable facts:
