New Jersey's public school students do better than other students across the country on Advanced Placement tests, according to the New Jersey Education Association.

The NJEA, the state's largest teachers union, pointed out that statistic on its website. PolitiFact New Jersey checked it with The College Board, the organization that administers Advanced Placement exams, and confirmed that New Jersey's public schools students have the highest average AP test scores in the country.
