David Brock of Media Matters, concludes in "Outfoxed" that through the campaign cycle the American people are subjected to false, distorted caricatures that are echoed off cable and radio, and so the wrong pieces of information are repeated until no one knows the source-- where the information is coming from: "This is the environment we are living in, and it's fundamentally undermining democracy which is based on knowing some
