Los Angeles Teacher Database Pre-Release Comment - Los Angeles Times

Los Angeles Teacher Database Pre-Release Comment - Los Angeles Times

This database includes most LAUSD teachers who have taught during the 2003-04 to 2009-10 school years. If you are in our database and wish to leave a public response, please use the search box below to locate your name in our records. Once a request is submitted The Times will use the information you provide to verify your identity.
After verification is complete, you will receive a private web address where you will be able to write and submit a comment that will be posted to your page. All responses on the site are moderated by The Times.
To get started, please type your first and last names in the box below.
We need to verify your identity. Please fill out your name, e-mail address (preferably @lausd.net to ease verification), telephone number and date of birth on the contact form below. If you do not have an LAUSD e-mail address (for example, if you are no longer employed by the district), please note the reason in the Notes field.
We are requesting verification information in order to do what we can to ensure that any response left on your database page came from you. Once verified, you will receive a private web address by email that will give you access to submit your comment. The Notes field below is not for public-facing comments.
