HARDYSTON — The new principal and superintendent of Wallkill Valley High School will be paid nearly $40,000 per year less than his predecessor, according to a report on NJHerald.com. Edward Bolcar Jr., a former Boonton mayor and Hasbrouck Heights Middle School principal, received a three-and-a-half year contract that will pay him $137,500 to start.
