Over the last couple weeks, the education policy world have been busy including Waiting for Superman, the President talking about education on a new show, NBC launching its take on education, processing the DC Mayoral election, the release of a performance pay evaluation. Given all of this, it is not surprising that an important federal policy change proposal flew in under the radar.
