ACLU sends letter chiding UCSC for student fines stemming from occupation

The American Civil Liberties Union sent a letter to UC Santa Cruz officials Tuesday, citing possible violations of due process for the dozens of students fined for their alleged involvement in November's occupation of Kerr Hall.
